If you need to cancel an order after it's placed you may do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we have already started your order and it cannot be canceled or altered as every item is custom made just for you.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We use Carters Bodysuits for sizes 3m-24m. We use ARB Blanks or Blanks Boutique for t-shirts. Everything is prewashed and we find that they run true to size.

We sell several several matching items for the themes in our shop. Please check out our categories or convo us if you have any questions.

Please see front of our shop for our normal turnaround time for each item. If you need your item sooner than our normal turnaround time, contact us prior to purchasing to see if we may be able to accommodate you for a rush fee.

We are not responsible once a package leaves our hands. That is up to the post office to deliver it safely and on time. No refunds will be given for lost or stolen items.
